The Funny Thing That Happens When People Do What You Want
You can absolutely have it your way.You can absolutely build a team around you who will do everything you ask.You can absolutely be the dictator of your project, company, family, district, region, or whatever.
Just understand some of the consequences:
- By surrounding yourself with "yes," you may not get the pushback you need to grow
- By always having the final say, you set the limit to your own capabilities
- By putting yourself at the center, you will lose touch with the needs of others, which may leave you extraordinarily lonely
You can do whatever you want.
Just make sure you know what you want.

Read This If You Think It’s Too Late For You
I posted on Facebook a little while ago about what people wished they’d been taught in school.
Among the most popular responses were:
- Personal Finance
- Mental Health
- Social Skills
Regardless of whether or not any of these resonate with you, just think of something that DOES resonate with you.Bring that into focus right now.
The point here is that it’s too late.
It’s too late for you because you’re not in school anymore. The good news is that if you’re reading this, you probably have a computer, a phone, and an internet connection.
So, although it’s too late for school, it’s not too late for your education.

How To Make A Difference In The World In 2 Minutes Or Less
You may be able to tell by now . . .I'm a bit of a perfectionist.Okay, and an idealist. This has pros and cons, of course. One of the cons is that I often forget that most people don't care.
Most people just want to clock in and clock out.
They want to watch the game on the weekends and see the new Avengers movie. They want to have good food, a big house, and a nice car. Most people don't think about how many other people on the planet need their help right now.
But not you.
And the biggest advantage?Just by caring, you have set yourself apart.
You are on a completely different track.
If it doesn't seem like it yet, just remember that exponential curves look a lot like linear curves early on.And then, bang. It's not even close.
