What is Chris up to right now?

Hey, I’m Chris.

I’m the Human Skills facilitator for the early childhood workforce. I train ECE leaders and educators on leadership culture, facilitation skills, and emotional intelligence that really make a difference in how teams work together.

I use high-energy, roll-up-your-sleeves, experiential workshops to make professional development stick like glue.

I’ve worked with organizations in Child Care Aware and Child Care Resource & Referral (CCR&R) groups around the US.

My background is in neuroscience, child development, and project management.

What has Chris done so far in his career?

Some things I’ve done so far:

• Managed a pediatric neuroscience lab at Penn State University

• Built and led the operations for a high-tech software company

• Helped ed-tech companies streamline operations and get life-changing tech into schools

• Built and led the operating procedures for nationally-touring LEGO® and Minecraft® events for over 250,000 kids a year
