“It felt natural, not forced.
You Have A Choice . . .
The Old Way
Introduce speakers from a podium mic where no one listens
Read 90 mins of slides directly from a Powerpoint
Not enough time to get a coffee and connect with others
Breakouts with cringy icebreakers
Closing keynote that might inspire in the moment but is forgotten by Monday.
The Human Way
Attendees connected to each other and what they care about first
Hands-on experiences to tie organizational goals to behaviors
Frame, debrief, and action the content from other presenters so that everything has impact
Cross-pollinate with other attendees and generate real action roadmaps
Close with new relationships, action plans, and lifelong memories that last long after the event is over.
What Could A
Human Conference
Do For Your Team?
What Attendees Are Saying . . .
-
“Chris is an incredibly dynamic and energetic trainer who catered our team’s professional development to our internal needs instead of delivering a "one size fits all" box training. He captured the attention of my entire team with his energetic delivery and kept the whole group actively involved from begging to end. We will absolutely be using Chris again to build on the foundation we have in place now.”
—Cindy S., Executive Director, CCR&R of SWGA at Albany
-
“As an instructional designer with 20 years of experience, I want to emphasize how much I enjoyed the workshop. The hours flew by and it was filled with engaging activities, compelling stories, and a great playlist.”
—Melissa H., Instructional Designer and Director of Office of Digital Learning at Penn State University
-
"With over 20 years in early childhood education, I don’t jump into just any training—but I always jump at the chance to attend a session with Chris Danilo. Over the past few years, I’ve participated in several of his sessions, and I have never left without an aha moment. Chris has a rare ability to engage teachers and leaders in ways that are both thought‑provoking and immediately applicable. The insights he shares stay with you long after the session ends—pieces you carry in your pocket that gradually become part of how you think, lead, and show up in your work."
—Candace S., Education & Training Coach, Child Care Aware Kentucky
-
"This was designed for emotional connection, not just intellectual understanding — and that's what actually drives change."
—Rose C., Chief Brand Officer (Burger King, Boars Head, Cargill, Truvia, Maersk, UBER)
-
“I normally dread trainings, but I’d sign up for another one of these in a heartbeat and recommend it to everyone I know.”
—Abby S., Centre County Youth Services Bureau
-
“He was an incredible presenter! He made it fun and friendly.”
—Morgan P., Educator
-
“Great with engaging and giving examples. Knows how to give a presentation! Highly recommend”
—Diana M., Educator
-
“Great adaptability and engagement; and easy to follow”
—Candace K., Educator

Nice to meet you.
I’m Chris.
I believe that the most important workforce in the world is the Early Childhood Workforce.
In an AI-powered future, I believe that Human Skills will be most important, so that’s what I teach.
I’m an award winning speaker and facilitator and I started my career managing a pediatric neuroscience lab at Penn State studying how emotions impact decision-making behavior in young children.
For several years, I ran the production team for nationally-touring LEGO® and Minecraft® events engaging 250,000 children annually.
These days, I design experiences for the way humans actually learn:
For connection, engagement, and action so that what we know can become what we do.
